Brief

Mr Green tasked us with increasing the return on ad spend for them. Given the saturated online gambling market, it was important to the client to retain customers.

Solution

We developed a strategy that increased ad spend on retaining customers by nurturing them and improving their experience, as these returning customers often spent more.

Results

By focusing on retention, we actually increased the client’s revenue by 268 percent, including a 128 percent increase on return on ad spend.
