Sharps is a leading luxury fitted furniture company in the UK. As a lead generation business, their website is central to driving design visit bookings and brochure orders. Ahead of a critical website migration, Sharps partnered with Harvest Digital to protect organic search performance and accelerate growth in a competitive market where ecommerce giants like IKEA were beginning to dominate search visibility despite, not selling a truly ‘fitted’ product.

Strategy & Execution

Our approach combined content optimisation, technical excellence, and consistent content expansion. We began by auditing the site and optimising all key commercial pages to strengthen their relevance for high-intent searches, revisiting these optimisations each quarter to ensure continued performance. At the same time, we safeguarded technical health throughout and after the migration, working closely with the Sharps team to maintain a clean, and fast website.

To expand visibility beyond purely commercial searches, we built out inspirational content clusters and committed to publishing at least four new blogs every month. In parallel, older blogs were refreshed and updated to remain competitive, ensuring that both new and existing content worked together to capture users across the full search journey.

Despite the changing search landscape, where the rise of shopping ads, AI-generated overviews, and zero-click searches have made organic visibility more challenging, Sharps has continued to hold strong positions. By combining technical excellence with a robust, evergreen content strategy, we ensured that the site remained competitive even as SERP features crowded traditional rankings. The growth in keyword positions, traffic, and conversions demonstrates that our approach not only safeguarded visibility but also maximised opportunities within this shifting environment.
