Scuderia, a leading provider of parts for luxury cars such as Ferrari, Maserati, and Land Rover, aimed to drastically increase conversion rates through an accelerated conversion rate optimisation (CRO) process. The primary objective was to improve conversions quickly by examining every section of the site for usability, accessibility, and functionality to streamline the user journey.

Strategy
We implemented an accelerated strategy that involved:

- Assessed usability, accessibility, and functionality across the site to streamline the user journey.
Extensive testing
- Launched a massive 27 tests over a 3-week period, ranging from small visual improvements to a complete redevelopment of the checkout process into a single-page application.
Full-scale optimisation
- Optimised every area of the site where possible to enhance user experience and conversion potential.

Results
The campaign yielded impressive results in terms of conversion improvements:
- Significant increase in checkout completion: 65% of users reached the bottom of the checkout process, indicating a drastic improvement in completions due to the redeveloped checkout process.
- High success rate of tests: Over 70% of the tests were successful, with 47% exceeding stretch goals for conversion improvements.
