Harvest Digital ramps up technical skills

Online marketing agency, Harvest Digital has made two senior appointments to boost its technical capabilities. The agency, whose clients include Norwich Union, Zopa and Auto Trader, has hired Louise Nelson to establish an in-house traffic department and Mark Rochefort to create a department to identify and harness the best marketing technologies for digital advertising campaigns.

Head of Technology
Mark Rochefort will build a team to develop cross platform media including mobile and interactive television campaigns for new and existing clients, as well as boosting Harvest Digital?s online creative output and DDA compliancy skills. Prior to joining Harvest Digital, Mark had been running his own development company and worked as the Senior Developer at Victoria Real, now part of Endemol UK, and Seven Interactive before that.

Head of Traffic
Harvest Digital’s new in-house traffic department will enable faster response to client needs for increasingly dynamic campaigns including extensive testing of creative, formats and landing pages. As Head of Traffic, Louise Nelson will focus on the set-up and optimisation of online campaigns thereby improving advertising performance and reducing overall CPAs. Previously Traffic Manager for Hachette Filipacchi in Sweden, she will be responsible for generating tracking codes for client sites, managing ad servers on behalf of clients and publishing online creative. Qualified in Marketing Louise also has previous in-house and agency account management experience in advertising.
