Our Values

At Harvest, we are proud of our team and encourage the efforts of all our Harvesters in their achievements throughout their career with us. As a full service agency with over 40 digital specialists stretched across departments, we strengthen ourselves on integrating each team to learn from one another. As a company we have 4 specific values that we believe represent a successful working strategy: Taking Ownership, Thinking Smart, Supporting Others and Surprise and Delight. They are the essence of what we stand for as a company and part of our success is making sure we apply them to our work ethic.

Our Environment

As soon as you walk into our office you will notice the vibrant atmosphere that hits you. Not only do we have a bright orange carpet illustrating our Harvest colours but we also have an olive tree for good measure. As a company we also want to encourage social awareness and are keen that we give a little back to the society in which we live and work. So we regularly participate in charity events throughout the year and support others who do so as well. We endorse our “Harvesters” to share all ideas and recommendations to help drive the atmosphere in the working environment run smoothly and efficiently.

The Account Director is responsible for developing strategy of integrated marketing initiatives across all digital channels to meet client marketing and business objectives. It is key for the Account Director to have the ability to understand key consumer insights and drive the most appropriate marketing solutions.

Biddable – Paid Search Account Executive

The Biddable Paid Search Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Biddable Team in ensuring effective and efficient maintenance of our clients paid media marketing campaigns. You will help the Account Manager and Account Director exceed customer expectations by developing and growing accounts via optimisation using market leading technology with a best fit to the clients business. The role in its initial stages is more heavily weighted towards PPC, with development and expansion into Paid Social and Display over time.
