Senior Account Manager - Client Services
Do you live and breathe campaign management and execution? Can you lead the strategy and development of integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels to meet both client marketing and business objectives?
The Role
- Identifies opportunities for clients that support their business, brand and customer goals
- Work with the wider team to identify opportunities to test and measure campaigns
- Identifies key customer insights and experiences; define target audience, key customer segments, and opportunities for differential treatment
- Synthesizes campaign results into high-level results; develops case studies
- Leads brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions
- Articulates client’s brand attributes and ensures it is incorporated into marketing recommendations and creative
- Monitors all campaign execution to ensure team has the proper level of support to deliver on time and on budget. Ensures financial reporting and forecasting is accurate and up-to-date
You
- Extensive integrated marketing experience (direct mail and digital).
- Proven marketing strategy experience as well as execution
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing
- In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines
- Experience of dealing with clients with PPC, SEO and UX needs
- Demonstrated experience of developing acquisition and retention campaigns
- Experience managing and growing strong client relationships
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Account Manager - Client Services
The Role
- First point of contact for your client(s) at all times
- Contribute to planning meetings with clients
- Start to develop a strategic overview of client accounts and proactively advise the client on issues
- Maintain control of the financial status of accounts
- Highlight any key issues and inform the client of the implications and potential actions required
- Establish and maintain a role as consultant/advisor to client

PPC Senior Account Manager

The Role
- Building strong relationships with clients in order to influence and cross sell.
- Act as trouble-shooter and mentor for AM/AE
- Managing team budgets and targets including forecasting and reporting
- Ensuring AD and HOS is notified of any significant changes or developments within your teams budget
- Comprehensive understanding of each client , their targets, their vision and our part in their marketing plan
- Overseeing comprehensive analysis on all your teams account results and ensure quarterly forecasts and client business plans are completed to the highest level
- Supporting the team for successful incubation and implementation of new clients
- Ensuring criteria for successful implementations is followed with timescales.

- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Proven experience of an Account Manager role in an agency environment
- Ability to retrieve, interpret and report data in an informative way

PPC Account Executive

- Supporting the Account Manager in ensuring effective and efficient maintenance of clients Search Marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in managing the account’s budget throughout the month by collating relevant information and keeping systems up to date
- Conducting daily housekeeping checks for each account and providing feedback to the Account Manager of any potential problems.
- Performing quality checks on Editorial submissions and/or reports as and when required
- Conducting audits on existing accounts to spot anomolies or potential areas of growth.
- Conducting keyword research.
- Assisting with click fraud investigations.
