Our Values

At Harvest, we are proud of our team and encourage the efforts of all our Harvesters in their achievements throughout their career with us. As a full service agency with over 40 digital specialists stretched across departments, we strengthen ourselves on integrating each team to learn from one another. As a company we have 4 specific values that we believe represent a successful working strategy: Taking Ownership, Thinking Smart, Supporting Others and Surprise and Delight. They are the essence of what we stand for as a company and part of our success is making sure we apply them to our work ethic.

Our Environment

As soon as you walk into our office you will notice the vibrant atmosphere that hits you. Not only do we have a bright orange carpet illustrating our Harvest colours but we also have an olive tree for good measure. As a company we also want to encourage social awareness and are keen that we give a little back to the society in which we live and work. So we regularly participate in charity events throughout the year and support others who do so as well. We endorse our “Harvesters” to share all ideas and recommendations to help drive the atmosphere in the working environment run smoothly and efficiently.

PPC Senior Account Manager

The Paid Search Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing, strategically planning and implementing large-scale paid search campaigns for major clients. The Harvest core values are derived from a strong company vision to deliver high performance digital marketing through a combination of brilliant ideas and flawless execution. Matched with this, our mission is to use the best digital ideas to connect brands to users and deliver the maximum return on investment, Harvest manages digital marketing investment on behalf of its clients, putting the client needs at the core of everything.

SEO Account Executive

The SEO executive is responsible for supporting the implementation of our clients’ natural search (SEO) strategy. The successful candidate will join an organic search team and work across all on and off page activity. You will be using the latest technology and be heavily involved with content marketing and link building to help clients achieve top rankings in Google.
